Items purchased from Lavasati are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 4 days of delivery.

Please take in Unpacking Video before open parcel, without unpacking video not approve any types of return, exchange order.

1) All Prepaid orders are eligible for free returns. All COD orders are only eligible for exchanges.

2) All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused with the tag, labels & in the same packing. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3) Post 4 days, it won’t be possible to exchange/return under any circumstances. Also, we don’t provide a second exchange/return. Please make sure you choose the correct size/colour while exchanging it for the first time.

4) In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you can raise an exchange request from our website.

5) COD Charges & Shipping Fees Are Non Returnable For All Cod Orders.

6) We are not offering refunds on any items which are on SALE however we would be happy to Exchange.

7) Free Gifts / promotional items are not returnable.

8) Any orders which is on SALE are only one time replaceable at a fee of Rs.99.

9) If the customer’s pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s) and the shipping charges upto Rs.100 are 100% refundable

10) The pick-up be will attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.

 We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as you’re courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

Wrong / damaged product :

In case you receive incorrect or damaged product please send us an unboxing video (within 4 days of delivery) which clearly shows:

1. The Courier Package label
2. The neck label of the product
3. Incorrect product/Damage area (All side cover properly in video).

Things To Consider :

The customers are requested to check the proper require design collection before placing the order. The color of the product(s) may vary as per the customer’s screen resolution.


Once the product arrives at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days.


Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.

In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via Whatsapp on +91-7383935030 with details of the product and its damage within 1 days of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.

Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail on within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days of the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.

If any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.


You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing one.

If the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the product(s) is found to be wrong/damaged, you can raise a return request within 4 days of order delivery.
